The Dorothy Duke Clubhouse is available to rent for parties at a reduced rate for Residents.
If the date is booked (a signed contract and deposit is required), then it is marked "BOOKED" on the calendar below.
If you wish to add an event to the community calendar, please use the eForm titled 'Add an Event to the Community Calendar'.
If you wish to book the Dorothy Duke Clubhouse for a party of your own, please use the calendar to check availability. You can then send an email inquiry to: BayouPassVillagePOA@gmail.com or call the Management Office at: 813-333-1047. The Rental Agreement, which must be completed, signed and returned with a deposit in order to RESERVE the facility can be found under the 'Documents' link.
